Wohlfart Cemetery
Lancaster County PA
This very small cemetery is located along Creek Road right off route 272, just before you enter Akron, Pa., As you drive on route 272, and are half way up the hill on the southern side of Akron, you make a left hand turn. At present this land is being under construction (that might be finished in time) you drive along this road for about two hundred feet. Park your car along the road and look for the power line. The Cemetery is located just west of the large metal tower for the power line. There are many Briar’s in the area and it is best visited during the wintertime.
At one point in time there were six or more headstones in this small cemetery. There is no fence surrounding this cemetery. The only names I could read are of Ludwig, but I do assume the rest are of his wife and some children.
