William N. Green, 65, lifelong resident of Brookville, died Wednesday at his daughter's home in Baxter.
Born January 14, 1940, in Brookville, he was the son of William and Madeline Reinsel Green. His parents survive and live at Jefferson Court, Brookville.
He was a 1957 graduate of Brookville High School.
He was a self-employed mining engineer and surveyor for more than 30 years.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Brookville.
He was a member of the Eagles, the Fireman's Club and was a 32nd Degree Mason in the Brookville Lodge.
He enjoyed hunting and working.
He is also survived by one son, William Green of Sigel; four daughters: Jill Carlson of Emporium, Susan Aaron of Baxter, Beth Bowers, of Reynoldsville and Jennifer Troise of Moore, S. C.; one brother, Robert Green of Buffalo, N.Y.; and eight grandchildren.
GREEN: William N., Brookville, died Dec. 14, 2005. Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the Furlong Funeral Home in Summerville. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Fillhart officiating. Memorial donations may be made to DuBois Regional Medical Center Hospice or Rebecca M. Arthurs Memorial Library in Brookville.
