. He was 56 years of age.
Mr. Morres was born in Brookville on July 3, 1938. He was
the son of Charles and Janet Morres. He married the former JoAnn Stevens in
Taylor
,
Michigan
in November, 1973. Mrs. Morres survives her husband.
He was a graduate of
Brookville
High School
and attended
Clarion
State
University
. He was a member of the Hobah Lodge No. 276 in Brookville, the Blue Lodge and
the
First
United
Methodist
Church
in Brookville.
An employee of the B. P. Oil Company, Mr. Morres worked as
a pipeline operator. He had previously been an employee of the Brookville Police
Department. He had made his home in Brookville for 30 years,
Taylor
,
Michigan
for 15 years and
Tiffin
,
Ohio, for 11 years.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are: two
children, Darrell E. Clark of Detroit, Michigan and James Clark; two
grandchildren; four sisters, Johanna Botera, Mrs. Delbert (Lois) Hawk, Jr., Anna
V. Morres of Brookville and Grace V. Morres of Altoona.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother,
David V. Morres.
Funeral services were held November 5, 1994 at the
Turner-Engle Funeral Home in
Tiffin
,
Ohio
. with the Rev. Dana Stall and the Rev. Arthur McGeyh officiating. Interment was
in the Michigan Memo• Park, Flint Rock,
Michigan
.
