- Seeking information as to siblings of David Whitmore, as well as on Eleanor Hile. Family history has David leaving Lumber City in the 1870's following death of his wife (Eleanor Hile). Known children are Warren Bell, Amanda, Lydia, and Maggie. Warren born 1856 may have left early for Colorado and Kansas. Older Whitmore supposed to have moved to Lee's Summit MO (near Kansas City) but have not uncovered a trace of Maggie, Lydia or David. Amanda married in Lee's Summit and moved on west. Warren stayed in SW Missouri and raised a family.

- I'm trying to find information abou my great grandfather Henry Smith married to Mary Jane Smith.Lived in Decator from 1887? till his death around 1897 (actual date uknown). He is buried in Center Church cemetary from all accounts, but this might be innacurate. They had 11 children, 4 died in childhood, names Henry, Mary Jane, Edith, Laura, Emmanuel, Ethel and Charles (my grandfather) Mary Jane Smith married William MURRAY December 24, 1891. Very little else is known, except Henry Smith arrived the Port of Philadelphia August 9, 1887, and Mary Jane Smith returned to England after Henry's death. It is not known how many of the children returned with her. Henry bought a lot in Decator, Deed book 74, page 175, which was sold by his widow Mary Jane to Sidney Wheatley, Deed book 143, page 102. Any information or leads would be welcome. My father Stuart Smith (87 years) is the only remaining son of Charles Smith.

- I am searching for any information about the WILEY and WILLIAMS families from Clearfield Co. My grandfather Bert M. WILEY and grandmother Blanche Sophia WILLIAMS lived outside of Mahaffey and are buried in Watts Cemetery. Blanche's parents were: William Thomas WILLIAMS and Eliza Maria WILLIAMS (her maiden name). Bert's parents were: David WILEY and Martha McFADDEN. Family links also include: HOLLY, FERGUSON, ROGERS, MEADE and BUTLER. Blanche's siblings were Isabelle STRAW. Mary Alice YOUNG, John Stewart, Samuel Howard and Lucinda Mae. Bert's siblings were: Minnie JOHNSTON, Lydia GARDNER, Porter James, Murray D, Vada J., Lola E. BELL, Arthur, and Josephine. I've had some success with trailing the BUTLER side of the family tree but not the WILEY and WILLIAMS side (quite ironic actually). - I am looking for any and all info on my mother's (Isabelle Margie London, b. 28 JUL 1925, Curwensville, PA) family. My great-grandfather George Washington Manley London lived in Clearfiled Co. He was born 12 OCT 1854 and died 13 JUN 1928. He was married to Lydia Ann Black. I would sincerely appreciate any and all responses no matter how simple.
