We found a 20x20 ft plot with just a few graves which must have been private. This is about 1 mile south of the intersection of 127 and 227 and also about 1 mile from the Fagundus cemetery."
It was about 50 feet up (down?) the road from a mile marker which had the number 70 on one side the 80 on the other. The site is probably 40 feet off the road into the woods and is marked at the road by a stick, sticking in a tree stump. The gravesite is not visible from the road.
The cemetery contained the graves of:
- James And Mary (Arters) Wollaston,
- their son James Jr.,
- James Jr's Wife Rachel (Tuthill) Wollaston,
- his daughter Alma Wollaston,
- his father-in-law David Tuthill, and probably others.
A huge thanks to Dean Harris of Vancouver WA for providing this information.
