They moved to Macon County, Macon,Missouri in 1901, when Harry Gardner Dawson married Sarah HILL in Jefferson County Penn. on May 13, 1901. - Am looking for information on William and Margaret Hawthorn.
In 1850 Census they were in Perry township with children James and John.
In 1860 census they are in Oliver township with children James, Mary Ann, Martha Jane, and William A.
I am a descendant of Mary Ann's daughter, Florence Mae McGee (McKee?). Mary Ann married Levi Swab in 1880.
I did see the obituary for William A. Hawthorne on the obit site and believe that is her brother.
