Schools that are known to have existed in Perry Township include:
Greenlane School - Frostburg
Hamilton Elementary School - There was a two room school, with grades one through fourth, in one room and fifth through eighth grade in another room. This school was the Hamilton Elementary School, Hamilton, Pa. Perry Twp. Jefferson County. The school had no electricity, outdoor toilets, one for the boys and one for the girls. It was heated by pot bellied coal burning stoves. One in the center of each room.
Valier School - grades 1-8
