Last Will and Testament
of
Margaret Ishtman

In the name of God, Amen. I Margaret Ishtman of the township of Pine Creek county of Jefferson and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health of body, and sound and duposing (sic) mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament.

 That is to say that I bequeath to my son Frank Ishtman all my messuage, lands, tenements, and hereditaments whatsoever situate lying and being in the township of Pine Creek county of Jefferson and State of Pennsylvania

Providing that he shall have given me a home with him whilst he resides on my farm, and shall care for and provide for me when necessary, furnish medical attendance when I am sick, and a proper and decent burial at my demise and pay all remaining debt at the time of my decease.

Of my personal Estate I give and bequeath to my son William five dollars, to my son Joseph five dollars, to my son Robert five dollars, to my son Henry five dollars, to my son Frank five dollars, to my daughter Mary five dollars, to my daughter Caroline five dollars, to my daughter Maggie five dollars, to my daughter Kate five dollars, to my daughter Lucinda five dollars, and to my daughter Sarah Elizabeth five dollars. I also give and bequeath to my son Frank all of my remaining personal property at my demise. And I make and ordain my son Frank Ishtman executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the said testatrix Margaret Ishtman have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and Seal the Sixteenth day of September, A.D. 1886.
