Personally appeared Harry H.
Schultz who, being duly sworn according to law, did depose
and say that he was born in Easton, Pa. on the 15th day of
July A.D. 1881 that he resides at 1321 Ferry St. Easton,
Pa. that his occupation is florist; that he is not related
by blood or marriage to the person whom he desires to
marry; that he has not been married before.
That Sadie A Werkheiser whom Harry H. Schultz
is about to marry, was born in Williams Twp. Pa. on the
19th day of August A.D. 1888; that she resides at Easton
Pa. (13th & Cemetery St) that her occupation is at home;
that she has not been married before.
That he knows of no reason why the said marriage should
not be lawfully made. Sworn to & subscribed this 6th day
of April 1906 before Jere. F. Hahn, Dep. C.O.C. Court
being satisfied that the above answers are true a marriage
License in due form of law did issue. And the said Sadie
A. Werkehiser being a minor, the consent of Peter
Werkheiser, father of said minor was first given
before, said Clerk, by legal certificate, duly signed and
acknowledged and filed.
Now, this 9th day of April A.D. 1906, there was
received and filed a certificate, as follows, to wit:
I hereby certify that on the 7th day of April A.D. 1906 at
Easton Pa. Mr. Harry H. Schultz and Miss Sadie A.
Werkheiser were by me united in Marriage, in
accordance with license issues by the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court of Northampton Co, PA numbered 13563.
