Re-enlisted at Bealton, Va., December 26, 1863; discharged by Special Order on March 22, 1864, to accept commission.
He applied for a pension, July 14, 1890. Application No. 855,640, Certificate No. 608,127. Widow's Application No. 526,818. He died June 7, 1891.
