- MORAN/ODONNELL - looking for info on Bridgett "Bitty" Moran (b.1810, d. 1907) who married Patrick O'Donnell (b. 1808, d. 1880). Both born in County Mayo, Ireland, both died in Kinney, Potter, PA (Irish Settlement). Had 8 children, Mary, John, James, Josepth, Michale, Thomas, Patrick, Daniel. Daughter Mary married Charles OHARA.

- I am searching for a woman named Carrie or Caroline MCMULLEN HOUGHTALING. Her last child was born in Austin, PA in 1897. She died shortly therafter and we believe she may be buried in Potter County in perhaps a pauper's grave. Her death would have been between 1898-1905. I am unable to find anything more on her. Any help would be appreciated.

- Researching MARKEY family of potter County. James Markey and wife Ann. James born about 1811 in Ireland. Had son named Patrick Any information greatly appreciated.

- SMITH, John Murray, married to Mary MADISON, had a son Ivan Lewlleyn Smith, Sr. born April 29, 1905, in Mills, PA. Ivan is my grandfather and I have no other information on his parents.

- BACHMAN, William: Born 1870 in Thornhurst, NY (?)and wife Etna Heller (born ca. 1875 also in Thornhurst). Moved to Potter Co. ca. 1890 -- owned land at Oleona -- had logging co., general store, post office and hotel. According to my mother, they knew Ole Bull. They had 10 children and many grandchildren (I am their granddaughter). I am interested in hearing from anyone who might have a recollection or written information of my grandparents or of my mother, Jane (Jennie) Bachman Caddle (born 1901 at Oleona, died 1997 at Valparaiso, IN). I'm collecting this information to pass on to my children. Thank you.

- JENNINGS: James H Jennings married Mary Abbott 1858. James was in the Co.H.,86thRegt.N.Y. Vol. lived in Ulysses PA. Had a son, Edgar Leroy Jennings, and daughter Ida Ann Jennings Whitney. Edgar married Mary or Mabel Doud, had two children, Madeline Ruth (my grandmother) and Hobert. Madeline married William H. BUMP., had six children, including my father Wm. H. Bump, Jr. Edgar was also married a second time to Anna Grace MASTIN JENNINGS. Any information on Madeline would be appreciated, I understand she may have stayed with a family by the name of French when she was a child, when her mother passed away, for a short time. There may also be a portrait of Madeline out there somewhere. She died of tuberculosis at the age of around 31 years of age. - Rev. Tracey SCOTT Tracey Scott was born about 1800, married Samantha Noble in Monroe County, NY and moved to Raymond, Pa. Tracey is believed to have had a sister by the name of Phoebe Scott BENTON. Any connected to the Scott or Benton family, I'd love to hear from you.
