This Indenture made on the Twenty Ninth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eighty four Between Anna Margaret Weaver of the Township of South Bend, County of Armstrong and State of Penna. of the first part and John N. Weaver of the Township, County and State aforesaid party of the Second part. Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States of America to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before ensealing and delivery of those fees entitle the receipt is hereby acknowledged her remised released and quit-claimed with and by these presuits doth remise release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever.All that certain tract and parcel of land situated and being the Township of South Bend, County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania and bounded and described as follows, To Wit:
Beginning at a post on McMeans land on the West Bank of a Small ravine thence by land of which this is a post North 24 degrees East 96.6 perches to a post on the Noah Fink's line. Hence by land of the said Fink South 71 3/4 East 38 Perches to a post in Bixler Beighley's line. Thence by said Beighley's line South 24 degrees West 89.4 perches to a Stone corner aforesaid Beighley. Wm P____ and A. and W. McMeans thence by McMeans land North 82 degrees West 37.4 perches to the place of beginning and containing Twenty One (21) acres and One Hundred and fifty two (152) perches strict measure. Being part of the same tract of land which Bixler Beighley, Executor of Samuel Beighley Deceased granted sold and conveyed to the aforesaid Anna Margaret Weaver by Deed bearing date the 15th day of November 1876 as reference being land to the Records of Armstrong County will more fully and at large ______.
Together with all and singular the tenants hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions remainders rents issues and profits thereof. And also all the estate right interest property claims and does such whatsoever as will in law and in equity of the said party of the first part of in or to the above described premise and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.

Armstrong CountyOn this 29th day of November AD 1884 before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said County came the above named Anna Margaret Weaver and acknowledged the forgoing Indenture to be her act and deed and desired the same to be recorded as such.
She the said Anna Margaret Weaver being of full age and by me examined. Separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of the above Indenture being first made fully known to her declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
