Riverview or Corydon Cemetery

This historical cemetery houses the monument to the famous Chief Cornplatner. Due to the construction of Kinzua Dam, Remains that were buried in the old Corydon and old Riverview cemeteries before there were inundated with the Allegheny Reservoir, were relocated to their new location-Riverview Cemetery. This location is on the north side of Willow Bay of the lake, Take Rt 346 from Corydon in McKean County towards the New York Border. Shortly after crossing the stateline about 1/4 of a mile, take a left turn at the sign. This road will bring you back in to PA and the site of the Riverview Cemetery
Note: Corydon is located at the intersection of Rt 321 and 346
The two relocated Cemeteries were originally in the now extinct township of Corydon.
Not all bodies were moved to the new Cemetery but some were moved to Willow Dale Cemetery in Bradford, Pa, McKean County
