Fourteen children: first 10 born in Ireland (Hugh, 1748; Elizabeth, 1750; John, 1751; Alexander, 1753; Samuel, 1755; Joseph, 1757; Agnes, 1759; Robert, 1761; Jane, 1763; George, 1764), one on the ocean (Philip 1766), and three in PA (James, 1767; William; and Jane, 1772). William eventually moved to Ohio where he died in 1864. Would like to communicate with other Foresman researchers.

WALL , SPENCER , ANDREE / ANDRE / ANDREW Hannah WALL married a ANDREW (ANDREE in reality) and had a son, Paul ANDREW (ANDREE). In the 1880 census of Allegheny Co, Pittsburgh, 25th Ward; Hannah is shown as living with her father, Robert WALL; and named Hannah ANDREW, with son Paul, 1 year old. Hannah's mother was Christina WALL, and in her obituary, Christina died at the home of her daughter Hannah SPENCER. Paul was my grandfather, the Rev. Paul H ANDREE of Monongahela. He grew up in the Webster area of Rostraver Twp, Westmoreland Co. We want to contact the ANDREW / ANDREE family, probably from the 25th Ward in Pittsburgh; and the SPENCER family who married Hannah and probably had children who would be my grandfather's half-siblings.

In the Union Army during the Civil War) Jacob and wife Catharine; William and wife Rachel (with some of their children); David and wife Margaret (with some of their children) are all buried in the Mt Pleasant Cemetery. It should be noted that 'old' Jacob was in the coke business when he first came to Fayette County. He retired from that business in 1868 and opened a general store on the main street of Mt Pleasant. That store was passed on to sons William and David. In the 1910 commemorative book of Mt Pleasant it was noted that William was the oldest continuous merchant in Mt Pleasant.

I am looking for NEAL/NEIL KIRKPATRICK who married Ella STERNER b.1872 died 1950. Ella's father was Adam Sterner a farmer from West Newton. Her mother Ellen died about 1876. Neil supposedly abandoned her with four children and took the fifth with him. Do not know what happened to the baby. He is reported to be buried in Ohio although I have no proof of this. Any information would be appreciated as I know nothing about the Kirkpatricks. As his name does not show up in any census and his children were born in Jacobs Creek, his first name may be something other than Neil. Thank you.

They lived for a number of years in Westmoreland Co. before moving to Wood Co. W.Va. Supposedly, Mary Polly was half Indian. So I am also looking for information on Mary Polly's father-John POTTS. I am looking for anyone who might have knowledge of Redstone Settlement, Westmoreland Co., PA. Redstone is mentioned in almost every history book dealing with John GOSSETT of Highland Co., OH. He moved west from Redstone in the late 1790's. There is also info that his nephew and wife, John and Nancy CRABB GOSSETT had at least one of their children, Mathias, there in Redstone. I would like to know if it was a Quaker settlement, and if any records still exist from there. I would also like to get in contact with any other GOSSETT researchers.

He also had a brother, Lewis WILKINSON who was a Methodist minister at the Methodist Church in Carnegie, PA,c. 1926. Another brother, John William WILKINSON, b. Aug. 26, 1860. m. Mary Ann FORSYTHE of Fayette Co., PA. He was struck by lightening and killed July 17 1901.There were many other brothers and sisters of Lawrence, George, Lewis and John WILKINSON. I would like to find them, and also more about their parents.

I am looking for information about Samual WEAVER. He lived in the Pleasant Unity area. He served in the 6th Penn. Cavalry during the Civil War. He owned a sawmill that was destroyed by fire. He moved to Fort Wayne area in 1865. He returned to Pleasant Unity area after the death of a daughter. I believe that he was buried along with his wife in the Pleasant Unity area.
