- BALDRIDGE, GIBBS, HURST, NICCOLLS, NICHOLS posted by Terry Dreesman on Sunday, July 2, 2000
- Joseph Baldridge(b.1762) m. Jane Gibbs(b.1768) -their dau Rebecca Jane Baldridge(b.1798)m. Robert Niccolls(b.1791)- Robert Niccolls's parents were John Niccolls/Mary Hurst(b.abt 1774). Her parents were Nathaniel & Lydia Hurst (I think). I need more info on these anscestors. I have a lot of info on the Baldridge side dating back to 1663 from Ireland, but very little on the others. I'm especially looking for proof of Mary Hursts' parentage & marriage to John Niccolls because I believe Nathaniel Hurst fought in the Rev. War. Please e-mail at lancerdr@netins.net if you have any info or looking for info yourself.
- FLACKS, STEWART posted by Denise Kohls on Sunday, July 2, 2000
- I am trying to find any information on Isabella Flack. She was born in 1799, died September 16, 1861. She is buried in the Fort Plamer Cemetery in Westmoreland co. PA. Near her is an Ann Flack b. 17(80), d. March 3, 18(12). Isabella married Charles Stewart, their children: Charles, John, Robert, Mary, and Catherine. It is said that a man by the name of Mr. Flack helped the Stewart family start in Fairfield Twp. PA. I am assuming that Isabella is a daughter or granddaughter. The families started before 1790 in the Fairfield area.
